Orders and Shipping

There are different ways in which you can make your payment, preferably Paypal and IDEAL as they are the fastest forms of payment. It is also possible to transfer money, however, it will take longer for us to receive payment. For payments that are received by us before 16:00 of a working day, we will ship your orders on the same day.

We use GLS parcel service to deliver your packages, after it’s been sent your will receive an email. In this email , you will see the address and the time your package will arrive. You have the option to change these details before 23:59 of the same working day. You can also track your shipment online at GLS Track & Trace.

GLS will try a maximum of three times to deliver your package. If the package is still not received after this, it will be sent back to us.

If you still have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact our customer service at (support@magnetenspecialist.nl). In most cases, however, the GLS ‘tracking and tracing’ page can already tell you exact location of your package.
